Through a personalized coaching session, your career coach will helps you understand the value of your personality, strengths and abilities.

Your career coach will walk you through understanding your assessment results through our eight different areas of ability measurement.

Your coach will then review your interest, ability and work value scores as compared to your personality type and career matches.

• Self Management: Learners will use strategies to hold themselves accoutnable for goals, development, time-management, managing emotions, and navigating uncertainty.

  Learners will demonstrate effective communication by creating clear messages, practicing proactive listening, and adapting communication.
  
  
• Teamwork: Learners will build positive and productive workplace relationships, including virtual relationships, through mutual understanding, collaboration, appreciation, and trust
  
  
• Thinking on your feet:
  Learners will identify and implement strategies and tools to improve their thinking by using logical reasoning to arrive at valid conclusions. They will also learn to avoic common thinking traps in order to improve outcomes.
